No obstant aix\u00f2, hi ha un proc\u00e9s que continua sent, en la immensa majoria de centres, <strong>un forat negre anal\u00f2gic<\/strong>la gesti\u00f3 dels canvis de torn entre el personal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mentre els pacients accedeixen a les seves cites des d'una app, els professionals que els atenen segueixen organitzant-se per grups de WhatsApp, fulls de paper i correus electr\u00f2nics perduts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En aquest article plantegem com abordar la <strong>digitalitzaci\u00f3 dels canvis de torn en un hospital<\/strong> de forma realista: quins beneficis reals aporta, quins reptes afronta, quins passos seguir i quins errors evitar.
